the new kj update changed the ragdolls physic, you cant simply collide with a ragdolled player anymore which patched techs like true uplift and also nerfed twisted, to perform these tech you know new extremely perfect timing and aiming and also low ping with incredible luck. Garou was affected alot by the physic changes so im not recommend using garou due to these patches because they reduce garou’s potential by alot.
